The Vistage idea was born 50 years ago when a Wisconsin businessman met with four executives to help each other get better results for their businesses. The idea worked. Soon they had groups across the country, and then the world. They called themselves The Executive Committee, which was later changed to TEC International, and now Vistage International. -- Viatage members meet monthly in a confidential setting with up to 16 of their peers, under the guidance of a skilled facilitator the Vistage Group Chair (Gary).
